1. Shipping Methods

  • All items are shipped via Australia Post

2. Shipping Costs

  • Flat rate shipping fees or variable rates based on weight up to 22kgs.

3. Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery times for standard shipping are 7-10 business days for metropolitan areas, longer for regional areas.
  • Estimated delivery times for express shipping are up to 4 business days for metropolitan areas, longer for regional areas.

4. Order Processing

  • Timeframe for order processing on items that are not custom before shipping is 2 - 4 business days.
  • Timeframe for order processing on items that are custom before shipping is 5-7 business days, potentially longer due to customisation time. 

5. Tracking Information

  • Availability of tracking for orders.
  • Instructions on how to track an order once it has shipped.

6. Delivery Locations

  • Items can be delivered Australia wide, including PO boxes. 

7. Issues with Delivery

  • Policy for lost or damaged items during shipping is included in the terms of service policy. 
  • Customer should contact Hillcrest Creations immediately if product has not been received in the time frame provided.

Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Methods: We use Australia Post to deliver your orders.

  • Shipping Costs: Standard shipping cost is $12.95. Express shipping cost is $16.45 for Up to 22kg. Above 22kg items will be a higher rate. Please email regarding costs. 

  • Delivery Times:

    • Metropolitan Areas: 7-10 business days for standard shipping and up to 4 business days for express shipping. 
    • Regional Areas: Potentially longer for these areas. 
    • Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons.
  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2 - 4 business days for items that are not custom. Items that are custom may take 5-7 business days to be processed, potentially longer due to customisation time. 

  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

  • Delivery Locations: We deliver to residential and business addresses, as well as PO boxes.

  • Issues with Delivery: If your order is lost or damaged, please contact us within 5 days for assistance.

  • Returns Policy: Please refer to our returns policy for information on returns and exchanges.

Delivery Address Responsibility

  • To ensure timely and accurate delivery, please provide the correct shipping                      address when placing the order. 

    IMPORTANT 

  • The purchaser is responsible  for providing the correct delivery address. 
  • If the order is delivered to the incorrect address due to an error on the buyers part, the buyer will be responsible for any addition costs incurred.
